Welcome to Rimaya Archery. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Rimaya Archery website, products, services, lessons, events, memberships, and related offerings. By accessing our website, booking a lesson, registering for an event, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Rimaya Archery ("Rimaya Archery," "we," "our," or "us") provides archery instruction, coaching, events, equipment sales, and related services.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old to register themselves for services. Participants under the age of 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information submitted on behalf of minors.

3. Assumption of Risk

Archery is an activity that involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Injuries caused by arrows or archery equipment

  • Equipment malfunction or failure

  • Slips, trips, falls, and other physical injuries

  • Actions of participants, spectators, or third parties

  • Environmental and weather-related hazards

Participation in any Rimaya Archery activity is voluntary and at the participant's own risk.

Participants may be required to execute a separate liability waiver prior to participation.

4. Lessons, Classes, and Events

Rimaya Archery reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service to any participant for safety reasons

  • Remove participants who fail to follow safety instructions

  • Modify lesson formats, instructors, schedules, or locations

  • Cancel or reschedule events due to weather, safety concerns, or operational needs

Participants must follow all instructions provided by instructors and staff.

Failure to comply with safety requirements may result in immediate removal without refund.

5. Bookings and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

Full payment may be required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

Rimaya Archery reserves the right to correct pricing errors, cancel fraudulent transactions, and refuse orders at its sole discretion.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

All refunds, cancellations, returns, and credits are governed by the Rimaya Archery Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Product Sales

Rimaya Archery offers bows, arrows, accessories, apparel, and related merchandise.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Selecting appropriate products

  • Following all manufacturer instructions

  • Using products safely and legally

Products should only be used by individuals with appropriate training and supervision.

8. Product Disclaimer

Archery equipment must be used responsibly.

Rimaya Archery is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from:

  • Improper use

  • Modification of equipment

  • Failure to follow instructions

  • Failure to inspect equipment before use

  • Use by unauthorized or unsupervised individuals

Except as required by law, all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Memberships and Packages

Memberships, lesson packages, and promotional offers are subject to additional terms that may be provided at the time of purchase.

Rimaya Archery reserves the right to modify or discontinue membership programs at any time.

10. Photography and Media

During lessons, events, competitions, or other activities, photographs and videos may be taken.

By participating, you grant Rimaya Archery permission to use photographs, videos, and recordings for:

  • Marketing

  • Advertising

  • Social media

  • Educational content

  • Website content

Participants who wish to opt out must notify Rimaya Archery in writing before participation.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to:

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Text

  • Images

  • Videos

  • Graphics

  • Educational materials
