Cancellation Policy

Rimaya Archery Booking Policy Effective Date: 10/04/2025 Thank you for choosing Rimaya Archery. To ensure the best experience for all participants and maintain a safe, organized range, all visits must be booked in advance. Please review the following policies carefully before scheduling your lesson, event, or mobile range service. 1. Booking Requirements No walk-ins are accepted. All lessons, range sessions, events, and mobile services must be booked in advance through our website or an authorized Rimaya Archery representative. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Same-day bookings may be available depending on instructor and range availability, but must still be arranged online or by phone — no in-person walk-ups will be admitted. 2. Confirmation Once your booking is complete, you will receive an email or text confirmation with the date, time, and details of your reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation, your booking is not finalized — please contact us immediately. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Lessons & Range Sessions Must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited and are non-refundable. Events & Mobile Range Must be canceled at least 7 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days will receive a 50% refund, and within 48 hours are non-refundable. If Rimaya Archery cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, clients may reschedule or receive a full refund. 4. Late Arrivals Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may have their session shortened to avoid affecting subsequent bookings. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the session. 5. Group & Mobile Bookings A signed waiver is required for all participants prior to the start of the event. The hosting party must provide a safe, suitable space for mobile range setups. Final headcounts must be submitted at least 72 hours before the event. 6. No-Shows Failure to attend a booked session without notice will be considered a no-show, and the booking will be forfeited with no refund or credit issued. 7. Membership Bookings Members must book lessons and range sessions in advance through the website or portal. Unused sessions do not roll over month to month. Cancellations and reschedules follow the same 12-hour policy.
