Refund Policy

Archery Lessons, Classes, and Events

​

At Rimaya Archery, we reserve time, instructors, equipment, and range space specifically for each booking. To ensure fairness to all participants and instructors, the following refund and cancellation policy applies.

​

Lesson Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 12 hours before a scheduled lesson are eligible for a refund, less a $25 administrative fee per participant.

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled lesson are not eligible for a refund.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

  • Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their lesson shortened or forfeited at the instructor's discretion without refund.

Lesson Packages and Multi-Session Programs

  • Lesson packages and multi-session programs are non-refundable once the first session has been completed.

  • Unused sessions may be transferred to another immediate family member with prior approval from Rimaya Archery.

  • Expired lesson packages are not eligible for refund or credit.

Weather and Range Closures

  • If Rimaya Archery cancels a lesson due to weather, instructor availability, safety concerns, or other operational reasons, participants may choose either:

    • A full credit toward a future lesson, or

    • Rescheduling to another available date.

  • Refunds will not be issued for weather-related cancellations initiated by the participant when Rimaya Archery determines conditions are safe for operation.

Special Events, Mobile Ranges, and Group Bookings

  • Deposits for private events, mobile ranges, corporate events, school programs, and group bookings are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling requests will be considered based on availability and must be submitted in writing.

  • Events cancelled by Rimaya Archery will be eligible for rescheduling or refund of amounts paid.

Medical Emergencies

Rimaya Archery may consider refund or credit requests resulting from documented medical emergencies on a case-by-case basis. Approval is solely at the discretion of Rimaya Archery.

Equipment, Merchandise, and Retail Products

Return Eligibility

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery or purchase date.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

  • Show no signs of use, damage, modification, or wear.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used bows, arrows, arm guards, gloves, finger tabs, or accessories.

  • Custom-ordered products.

  • Clearance or final-sale items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Digital products, downloadable content, or online courses.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers must notify Rimaya Archery within 48 hours of receiving a shipment if:

  • An item arrives damaged.

  • An incorrect item is received.

  • Items are missing from an order.

Photographs of the packaging and product may be required before a replacement or refund is issued.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from an error by Rimaya Archery.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Product Inspection

All returned merchandise will be inspected upon receipt. Rimaya Archery reserves the right to deny refunds for items that do not meet the return requirements outlined above.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on the customer's financial institution.
