1. Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
For hygiene and safety reasons, personal gear (e.g., gloves, tabs, arm guards, string wax, or protective equipment) cannot be returned once opened.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalized products.
Final sale or clearance items.
Gift cards or promotional items.
3. Return Process
Request a Return:

Approval:
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return shipping address.
Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
Inspection:
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund or store credit within 5–10 business days.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will cover return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or full refund, including original shipping.
5. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
If you prefer, store credit can be issued for future purchases.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund or credit, then place a new order.
